I don't know what it is but it kinda feels like some other software is using the device at the same time. There is "ping" sound at 0:58 that's not from PR or Mumble. In case you are using a Bluetooth headset, please note that Bluetooth is not suitable for games that require use of the microphone. If you are using a wired headset, check your audio devices from Mumble. Before starting PR, launch Mumble from Launcher -> Options -> PR Mumble tab, and run Mumble's audio wizard from Configure menu. In the wizard, make sure you have correct devices selected, that you can hear male voice speaking "This is an example of Speex, an audio compression codec..." etc., and that volume meter reacts to your microphone. Also select headphone mode for positional audio if you are using a headset. After you're done, quit Mumble from Server menu or from taskbar tray icon.
