Graphical glitch

Can't be 100% sure its not me, but when laying claymores, after the first or second one and having another ready to lay, my "hands" and arms disappear, leaving the claymore just floating about on my screen.

Haven't got a screeny yet, but I'll try to get one. And it appears to happen all the time.

Also i seem to get double grenades throwing, but I can't recall which map or which faction - sorry, probably not much help, that one.
