Error Directx 9c not installed

Hello. I installed PR and after creating a profile I installed Directx 9c and Visual C++ from the window that appeared in the launcher. But when I launch the game, it crashes after the splash screen, and in the launcher logs it says that Directx 9c is not installed, although when I try to install it again, it says that it is installed. Help pls.

Make sure that DirectX is installed correctly. It's a two-step process: Download DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010), run it and give it a temporary folder for extracting files. Then go to that temporary folder and run DXSETUP.exe.
