Add Repair Stations to Trans Helicopters

Like all other logistics vehicles, m113 logi trucks etc,

trans must have a repair station to be droppable,

this gives more tasks for trans pilots and makes transport on the map more easier as for bigger maps its quicker to take a trans helicopter to repair a tank / apc.

but to make it not too unfair trans can only drop 1 per helicopter or something...
