Can't log into my existing profile, need help

Whenever i try to login to my acc it gives me a error ''2000: Profile already used'' and the other device i last played on had my account on it but I recently cleared the ssd and hdd on it.

Maybe contact PR support to manually reset your profile status would be the best

In order to use your existing profile after resetting your computer or profiles folder, you must fetch your online profiles by using profile manager in PR Launcher. Profile manger can be accessed from the hover/right-click menu on the Play button.
