3 TOW + 3 AA + 6 HMG FOB emplacements + APC + tanks + jeeps + logistics repairs+ trans supply + CAS + UAV... Whole team defends. There is also 1 HAT kit, 2 AA kits, 2 combat engineer kits. Each TOW/AA/HMG gets 2 crates, mortars maintain 6 crates max due to crate limit.
3 super FOBs + 4th Mortar FOB around last flag, everyone defend from start to outnumber enemy with firepower, suppression through view distance to scare them.
Count the thermals from TOW, Armor and UAV together, scan in view of each other controlling more than a kilometer visually. HAT sits by crate and shoots freely into view distance until he has direction for enemy or sees them, listening for enemy armor.
Last flag gives you 10 minutes to build everything with a head start trolling enemy confidence. As well as close main base for shorter vehicle travel. Less UAV fuel used, everyone gets to have it as support if everyone defends.
1 squad per super FOB, build perimeter edge to edge. 1 area attack per super FOB formation, in view of each other, 3 super FOBs plus 4th mortar FOB plus the flag itself as bait... Then DOD edge back up FOBs.
That is 6 spawns plus the mainbase. Close repairs, close ammo, your APCs get there first. Everyone listens for enemy armor direction. 100% SFX to hear things farther.
View distance suppression control. Sweep and double everything in view of you, send suppression trajectory at height of a man, hit beyond the view distance, through bushes, onto and over cover enemy could be moving behind. They are on the ground, somewhere out there 360 degrees.
Scan aggressively for anything suspect, suppress and probe aggressively with gunfire. Make them feel compromised, like you know they are there, make them shoot back to reveal themselves, then dump everything you got.
1 man per cover, 1 man per asset, 1 emplacement hit per mortar shell spread formation for squad leaders emplacing the line edge to edge.
1 Super FOB hit per area attack formation, using the full build perimeter edge to edge will reduce the amount of FOB the area attack can damage, either the edges or the middle can be chosen.

1 Man per piece of cover, Move cover to cover. In view of each other to save each other by shooting, distraction, division of enemy attention and ammo. 1 man hit per RPG/tank shell/mortar spread formation full time. Edge of cap zone. Use camouflage, police up each others exposure, no man seen sticking out. Scan aggressively with eyes and ears for anything suspect, even for birds disturbed to fly out of trees
