Black screen when zooming / turrets

Hi,

For the majority of weapons (M16 being an exception) when I zoom in with ironsights or a scope the screen goes black. This happens with tank and apc turrets too.

I have an ATI Radeon 1900 with Cat6.9 if that helps.

Any ideas?

what direct x are you running on as ive know similar problems (white outs) on similar effect (specifically smod tactical.)

I have the same problem too, I always thought it was my ram so I just alt tab and come back in to reload the ram and its fine for a few minutes or so. I have 9.0c.

Fixed by upgrading to the latest catalyst drivers
