With the release of PR 0.5 we have seen an influx of people playing the mod and thus, people who show in interrest in the official Project Reality Tournament. That, and the fact that we have decided to accomodate this with four tournament teams instead of two, has led the tournament administration to believe that we need more hands to help develop the tournament further.
In short; we are looking for a few more tournament admins to help aid the cause. More specifically, we are interrested in people with the following specific profiles:

We're looking for someone with elite skills in Photoshop and preferably serious experience with Macromedia's Flash and other visual media. Willingness to self-learn about video production and correlated production programs is a pre.
In the adminsitration, you'll be tasked with generating promotional visual media, help work on the Tourney Times and work on graphics aiding the infrastructure of the tournament; creating rank/medal images, interactive battlefield maps, etc.

Someone who has great web skills. Knowledge of php, MySQL and vBulletin is required. Knowledge to integrate these items is prefered. Willingness to self-learn about the integration of these items is considered a vital pre.
In the adminsitration, you'll be tasked with preparing a website dedicated to the tournament, part of the realitymod domain. Website functionality would include (but not be limited to) creating an automated online tournament signup procedure, create dynamic team and member listings pages based on usage of the forum mySQL database and maintainance.
