Need a bit of help

Hey, I just installed PR for a friend of mine, but everytime we run it from his comp. it goes into the vanilla version. The command line is still
"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe" +modPath mods/pr +menu 1 +fullscreen 1

any ideas on why this is?
