houston, we have a proneblem

Hello guys,

first of all i have to apologize for the Headline. Thats the result when a german try to make a joke in english

With this Thread i just want to mention the Prone spamming problem. I hated the fact in bf2, that when it comes to contact with an enemy soldier, the first thing everybody did was to prone and immediately shoot...and hit of course... I've never been to the Army but i think it is just immpossible for a soldier with all that stuff he has to carry with him, to get in prone positon that fast and shoot accurate like in bf2 and unfortunately in PR.

My suggestion is to add a short Delay for going in to proneposition like 1 or 2 seconds, so that people use to crouch in first case.

When you right click to bring up the sights theres a delay.

Only on certain weapons.

There is not much we can do, unfortunately.
I believe EA did this intentionally, as you know there is a delay from going crouched to standing. (In EA's 1.4 patch) Where as in 2142 they did it the way the community wanted. (Prone delay) (To get more money.)
