No limited kits?
I think That we shouldnt have a limit of kits there are. I mean come on...there are more than 2 snipers in ANY army.....I mean if we have like regular BF2 where you pick what you want to be then it would be funner/realistic as well. I mean if they want a whole team of snipers then the other team can own them with special forces. I mean there are ALOT of different kind of armies out there. Some with ALL snipers and some with ALL engineers. It doesnt even have to be an army though. EX. A group of snipers went looking for there target and got ambushed. I dont really like the whole limited snipers/marksmen/etc. cuz you have a very small chance of getting it when there is easily a big chance you can be one in reality. I like the regular BF2 where you pick your set and have fun.

haha ohh i have plenty of fun playing without sniper. haha as i said in last post they did have a group of snipers sent out....they just underestimated how many enemy forces there were...and died XD....well from what i know about army they have more than 2 snipers and 1-3 marksmen etc....maybe like 5 at least?'[R-PUB wrote:Garabaldi']No, no, no, no, no, no, and did I mention no?
Taking out the kit limiting system would be a giant leap backwards.
If you can't have fun without playing as a sniper, this probably isn't a mod for you.
Also, for the record, there are actually very few specialised kits on a typical battlefield. There is no such thing as an army completely made up of snipers, and if there was, nobody in their right mind would send them into battle.

haha not often nowadays but was useful in past....im not saying kit limiting system should be removed...just up the amount a little bit to be a bit more realistic. I find the kit limiting system really useful since it gives you the feeling as being in army but you will have more snipers and marksmen in reality than you do in the game.'[R-PUB wrote:Garabaldi']That's not an entire army.
I would also like to question the frequency in which 'an army of snipers' is deployed on a modern battlefield. My guess is 'not often'.
Anyway, the kit limiting system is NOT going away.

aww you got me there haha. Id just like to see a few more kits on the field to make the game a little more interesting. I understand where you are coming from and now understand what you mean. thanks anyways. good luck on the battlefield.'[R-PUB wrote:Garabaldi']It's nearly perfect as is.
Most soldiers you see on the battlefield carry an M16 - not an M21.
Sax.

Are you for real? First you want name tags to appear far away, now you want a whole army of snipers? Are you trying to be sarcastic with these suggestions or something? Is this a joke?saxman101 wrote:I think That we shouldnt have a limit of kits there are. lol sorry ive been playing reg. BF2 and have gotten used to nametags so i dont pay attention to colors. and if you would read there have been squads or whatever you wanna call them (idiots?) of snipers that have gone out. Its very possible. as for nametags...forget them...just make easier to tell who is who. We dont have to have a whole army of snipers..just like 5 or so.GeZe wrote:Are you for real? I just love how you start every post with 'hahaha', despite the quote you are replying to contains no actual comic content. Quite contrary they exposed significant flaws in your suggestion. Also you tend to use 'I mean' with great frequency when starting a sentence, even though you meaning your proceeding comment is implied, and doesn't clarify anything you previously posted. This combined with double posts and armies of snipers, I can tell we will be fast friends.
