Replace SF with Vet kit

I propose making SF limited, and replacing the kit with a veteran kit instead (except for insurgent, where maybe thye're an insurgent "made man" or something).

Kit would have

Knife
Rifle
Pistol (?)
Grenades of some kind (?)
Extra bandages (or some if they're Ins)
A something special...suggest something.

Veterans tend to have the same equipment as the guys in whatever their unit is, they just tend to be older. We already have kits representing unit leaders. Sorry, but this isn't a good idea.
