Crewman kit bug

There is a bug with the Crewman kit that prevents you from driving/shooting from an APC even if you have the kit.
I suspect it is caused by picking up someone elses crewman kit by mistake (happens if more than one person is trying to use the vehicle sometimes).

The 1st person into the APC will 'own' the APC, so if you are not in the same squad as the 1st person into the APC you cannot operate it. Even with the correct kit.

Is this what happened... or am i mistaken?

This goes for all Attack Choppers, Tanks and APCs

Don't know what happened to DrMcCleod, but yesterday on iGi, Airport map:

My squad mate needed a gunner for tank, I took crewman kit and entered to gunner position. Everything was OK for some 5 minutes, than my driver went out from the tank wright in the moment while I was shooting on enemy with machine gun. Driver just appeared in front of my gun, and I accidentally killed him.
After that, I've tried to move the tank from dangerous place, went to drivers position, and after that tank behaved like I don't have the crewman kit. I couldn't move the tank or cupola, and after 10 seconds I just died inside.

Doesn't this happen if your only in a small squad, like only one guy.

It might, but I was in a full squad at the time.
