First of all, congrats to the devs for a great mod. My biggest complain about vBF2 was the incredebly unrealistic gameplay. This mod seems to take care of most of those issues.

I have 2 problems that I hope you guys can help me with. First, is the "crash to desktop". Granted, I've only played it for about 3 days, now, but it seems like I CTD about 2-3 times per hour. It's pretty frustrating. I never had that problem with vBF2 (nowhere that severe, at least!).

Second, I know that to see the iron sights on the 50s you press "C", but it doesn't do anything for me. I can do the zoom by right-clicking, but thats about it.

That's all I can think of just now. Great mod all in all. Glad I found it!

You can only use the iron sights on the heavy jeeps and light jeeps. No ironsights on the tanks or stationary emplacements

Ok - you have a problem.
Now, I have read every FAQ on this forum, and countless others. What fixed my unexplainable CTD was the following ... I have Razor mouse. It can go over 1000 dpi a minute or something like that. Apparently, windows can only support 600 or something. After giving it a couple of patches, I have never experienced CTD.

My word of advice? Please state your hardware.
Then check your dxdiag. What is your soundcard config? is it max? or is it low?

I had to check my razor mouse with two patches, my soundcard to low, and voila - works. Without re-installing.

As if re-installing would fix it. bah.

Yeah, it's on the Humvees and such that I have the problem. Pressing C doesnt seem to be doing anything.

Hx.Clavdivs, I have a Microsoft wireless mouse, but I'll check for any patches anyways, and I do have my sound on high, so I'll change that next time I get on.

What are your graphic settings on? Are you CTDing when loading, or in the middle of the game?

My graphics are all "low". It usually happens in the middle of the game (and coincidentially, when I find a good squad to play with

!)

I have the same problem... I think it's the VOIP because when I don't join a VOIP squad I don't crash...

I recently crashed when trying to look through some binocs. It does get frustrating when your having a good time.

About the C thing, it's the "Cycle Cameras" option in the Controls. The default key is C.

Hi Interceptor, as Claudius said, please post your full hardware specs and we can help you diagnose the fault better.
