Should the PLA and USMC jungle camo skins be easier to tell apart?
Do you think that the PLA and USMC jungle camo skins are too similar, and should be changed to make them easier to tell apart? (These skins are on maps like Sunset City.)
This is a poll just for my own personal interest in wondering what people think about this, and it has nothing to do with anything the devs are or aren't doing.

Yep. It's too difficult to tell apart. Especially seeing as how many of the Chinese maps have visibility problems (OGT, Mao Valley, etc.) caused by vegetation or fog.

I said yes but meant no. I have no problems differenciating the two.

Didn't this give a straight answer, or was it too general?

By taking what we're saying to the extreme, you don't make our position any less valid. If you could do that, then anybody who doesn't like Hitler is a communist.

I voted yes, but then thought about it...
as others have mentioned the maps where these two fight are heavy jungle normally, or maps where it's just bloody hard to see anything. So when you do encounter each other they're right on top of you anyway - so if you can't tell the diff. when the other guy is 5' away from you, you've got other problems to worry about.

I dont think the colors will help much. I think the colors are only secondary in importance when it comes to ID'ing targets. I think that *if* we do decide to change the appearance of characters, their silohuettes can use some changing. At certain distances, the fog almost obscures the colors between teams and their silohuettes are almost exactly the same.
In Insurgent maps, it is much, much easier to ID targets considering that USMC have fanny packs and the insurgents go in lightweight.

The only time you have too much fuel is when you're on fire.

I voted no, the fact that you have a hard time trying to figure out if that guy is friend or foe only adds to the suspense. Makes jungle warfare what it really should be.
Besides, all you have to do is "spot" that moving person, and take a look at the mini-map, which of course is somewhat unrealistic.

i think you should just pay attention.
i can tell the difference perfectly fine. you can see alot more of the Chinese guys face because of the helmet(or everybody on us is special forces so there face is camo). and chinese have a darker uniform and chinese arnt blue on the mini map and they have guns that sound chinese and they shoot at you, its pretty obvious once you put all those things together.
