Map making for PRM?

Hey there guys. I have an interest in some map making for this mod. Can you use the BF2 editor for this? If so where can I DL it. Any tips? I am getting really interested in this and have some time on my hands in the near future.

Do I have buy a suscription to the website in order to DL the map editor? Or is there a free website somewhere?
