Remote Controlled Robot
I DID use the Search Engine, but didnt find anything similar to what im posting now !
A Remote Controlled Robot, fairly small - using Tracks - and Is Armed with .50 Cal Machine Gun, .50 Cal Sniper Rifle or Anti Tank...
An APC is driving throught Al Basra - Going for Facility - Now he doesnt wanna risk his life and the troops.. so he backs up a little bit and right Clicks on his Mouse.. to Drop out a Remote Controlled Robot... Manually Controlled from the Main Base ( Air Port ) Some kind of UAV Trailer, that a Technican can enter.. He Infront of him he will see a Grey Infrared Screen - Like the Cobra Machine Gun View - He can go he can Move the vehicle using W,A,S,D & Turning the 360 Degree Turret with help of the Mouse.. As he Moves into the Facility - He spots an Insurgent - and Loads up the .50 Cal Machine Gun and Fire's a Few Burst's at him as he falls down dead.. As he slowly moves towards the flag to check for more insurgents the RCR is hit and destroyed by an RPG Round - The vehicle is now Destroyed but has elimated a treath and firstly of all the APC knows what hes going in for !
Doesnt neccesarily have to be a Apc it can be a Technical Humvee or Something similar...
I Suppose this is hard coded and I Doubt the Dev's would even consider this as Worth a Shot so...

I like the idea, but I don't think it suits PR at this moment, PR is too fast for it at the moment.

Yeah, wow, and if the lil Terminator robo slaughters dozen insurgents, who gets the kill?
This stuff would probably be spammed all over and USMC/GB would be considered 1337z0rz, as they wouldnt even show up on the scene, just send a robot to kill them all and go in and cap...
I'd like the robots to have limited movement range, about 50 m, and only thing, they should do, is removing IEDs or disarming C4 from a vehicle, in case someone plants C4 on a tank, and you'd really wouldnt want that to stay on...

The person who is remotely controlling the Vehicle gets the points...
However, Once the Robot is destroyed it has a 15/20 Minutes Spawn time Before it can be used again... and maybe we Have 2 Different types of Robots on Al Basra, For an example

I dont like the AT4 and .50 cal idea, cos then they would just slaughter everything and the lazy *** 1337 player sits back and watches the points flood in.
Smacktard idea, no offence...
Disarming IEDs with robots would be way better, since theres no way to get rid of them, you can only kill the guy, who has the detonator, but the explosive stays there..

I too like this idea. It seems plausible enough; if I was an insurgent (Which i'm not, CIA monitoring software; don't extradite me, please), then this would seem like a clever idea to remote-maneuver 'splode-boxes to enemies. It'd be a bit hard to control, though; you wouldn't be able to view from it's POV, as that would make it too easy; you'd only be able to drive it about 50-100m or so before it stops and can't go any further (any further and you lose it completely).
But as with the other (awesome robots) idea, it's probably too hard to code. I think that the closest thing that you could get to it would be the thingy for the fly-by-wire missiles from certain combat helis in BF2. Something like that, maybe?
Still, awesome idea. BEWARE THE TINY PLASTIC CAR OF DEATH!
