[Question] Player-Operated Elevators in PR?

I'm making a map that is based around three adjacent skyscrapers that span high up into the clouds, and I would like to add as many ways to scale these monoliths as possible. One of these I'd like to add is the elevator that was in the vBF2 Special Forces Expansion.

If I did add these, would it be a part of the map download? Would only people who have SF installed be able to play it?

And just exactly how would I go about extracting it from SF in the first place? I need the model for the platform, doors, switch, and most importantly - the script that runs once the switch is hit.
