Although I freaking hate teamkillers and trouble makers (have gotten a lot of them banned) that wreck the fun for all others, I couldn't help laughing it up while watching the video. I laughed so hard tears came out of my eyes.

Don't waste your breath (typing) on them. Showing them you're annoyed only makes them more likely to continue.

Some of what myg0t do is quite funny, on other games. This video, however, just stinks of immaturity and stupidity. Killing people with C4 isn't funny, clever, and got old 2 years ago.

Think you folks are missing the point.

So, we got a brand new crew of thrill seekers on our servers. Well, we know how to deal with that, don't we? If we pick up on TK behaviour like this what do we do?

We take a picture of them, getting their name.
Perhaps take time to post the pic on the website to the server.
Make a short statement of time/date and offence.

Serveradmin takes a quick look and hopefully, we might put a stop to it.

Now, lets just all hope and prey that they stray into a server with vigilant admins.
