Hey I've just thought of a little something that could add a little more variety for the American forces (and perhaps other armies).
For example we've already got white and black soldiers right? So how about adding Asian Americans for example? After all the US is a melting pot, with a lot of different people.
I think it would be simple, just adding the Chinese face skin to the set of random skins in US forces?
What do you think about this? Anyone got any suggestions on adding more ethnic diversity to other armies besides US?

why would a guy in a US uniform have a chinese gun? and you'd probly idenify by his uniform before you see skin color.

1. Rifleman - for scopeTexLax wrote:why would a guy in a US uniform have a chinese gun? and you'd probly idenify by his uniform before you see skin color.
2. Medic- for full auto
3. Grenadier - ditto
4. Generally for equipment/healing/ammo/explosives.
And at very long range its difficult to see the pattern on the uniform, but you can tell the guys black through a scope quite often, means he's a US guy. And quite often in the jungle maps you come face to face with people, where you can't really get a good idea of the uniform in the undergrowth
I was only semi-serious anyway.

This is definitely not a priority of the Project Reality team as ethnic diversity in the United States is primarily split between three numbering over 10% - Whites/Blacks/Natives. Two are already in the game and others would not look right with a facial reskin because of differences in bone structure; we also cannot edit DICE models to do so and thus ethnic diversity would require remodeling the entire US forces. So no, we will not be working on this.
