Combination Between Isurgency and AAS

Before I start, I'd like to mention that I did read Mad Tommy's thread on how the two game modes are received by the community. I think this combination of game modes would be better suited for scrims, teamwork nights and the like.
I will now explain the way this combination, if possible, would work.
The round starts as a normal conquest game, the British Forces have to secure the points outside and inside the city in the slightly modified way (nothing to do with AAS itself, but with the order of capturing flags on Al Basra). If the British Forces manage to accomplish this, the game mode switches to Insurgency, weapons caches randomly start appearing on the map and the Brits have to take them out.
I thought this up as a response to the baserape that would ensue after the Brits have captured all the flags that could be captured.
As to the flag capture order, I'd like to suggest making Industry part of the same capture tier as the Village flag. The reason for this would be that the flag is at the edge of the city and as much in the way of the Brits as Village. I personally couldn't see a reason for not capturing this as part of a first move on the city, especially considering the AA emplacements near it.
On a side note, as others may have noted, the palace isn't a palace. It has no features that would make the building qualify as a palace, and that's because it is a sanitarium taken from a Special Forces map, Devil's Perch. And one can tell it is actually a sanitarium, even if he or she hasn't played the above mentioned map, by the small cell like rooms, cheap latrine and generally non-impressive elements like the hall ways and stair sets. Although this obviously isn't in any way a game stopper, are there any plans to change this in the future?
Thank you for reading.
