Rules and stuff hmm

Same rules that applies to all servers behave yourself and play fair and obey the server Admins.

Plain and simple we just want to premote the mod and draw some new guys into the mod, so we have a few guys from our POE section joining in the fun.

And all people are welcome to join and hopefully we will have a fun time.
