Regarding Tires
Will you ever be able to blow the tires of a humvee, APC, or other troop transport? I'm sure they'd still be able to move but a lot slower and with a lot harder handling.

No, destructible children are not possible in BF2 without an extreme amount of Python coding which would lag servers to hell and back.'[DVB wrote: TRIggS']I know its possible with 2142, not sure if it is the same with BF2. One of the Sir. community found it out. Maybe ask them.

Children are the sub-objects of an object. So a Humvee has several different children, the engine, tires, antenna, steering wheel, etc.
In that case the Humvee is the parent object.
Make more sense now?

IIRC the military would normally use a foam filled tire which prevents flats, but I'd need a military advisor to chime in on that since I'm usually full of shit.
