i think that was what they were waiting to see is if Cal or TWL picked it up they would come out with a fix, i could be wrong but i dont think a patch is in the works

I remember i read they wanted to make the MGs shoot like in 0.1 and forgot to do it, because they tried something else.
Correct me, if i'm wrong ...
Anyway, that would be cool for a v0.21.

Is there definitely a possibility that TWL might pick this up?

i'm afraid it's very hard if not impossible to remove the drunk effect (e.g. seeing double of everything, medpacks, rockets etc.). at least that's what i hear from the devs. personally, i do agree with you that a 1.21 would be a good idea but that's just me.

Why would that be impossible? What made them do that in the first place?

No no no. v.21 admits we made mistakes. V .3 says, "MORE NEAT STUFF! INCLUDING, but not entirely limited to, MODIFIED MACHINE GUNS! And a few minor bug fixes. Ahem. V .3 FOR DOWNLOAD AT...

only thing is that releasing more builds of a mini mod takes focus off the main prize: PR 1.0.

But there must be public focus to the mini-mod for public participation of PR 1.0. This is our sell. Everyone who plays and enjoys PRMM will get PR 1.0. We must get people to play PRMM. A new, shiney version gets a headline on all the websites which can maintain public interest until the full mod is released. If the MM version is sufficiently advanced and bug-free, it can pay off with a growing player base attracted to a low-bug small-download large-fun mod before true RM 1.0 hits the downloads.

He said Strategery.. cool! I also agree that we should make it look shiney cause that's what's gonna make the fence sitters tilt our way. Anyone talked to TWL or CAL about this mod?
might be a stupid queston but I had to ask.

this is still a fairly small mod with a limited number of coders, i for one want to see work progress on PR rather than put into PRMM which will be forgotten once PR is released

the point is, they didn't 'do that'. it's a bf2 problem which appears when changing things. finding what causes it is a shitload of work by itself, let alone fixing it. at least that's how i understand it.
