ABR Awards reload on every map?!?

First an apologies if this is post it earlier (I've really look throw forum for this issue in order not to start duplicated post, but couldn't find it)

Each time I get reload of ribbons, badges when I play rounds on ABR ranked servers, anyone else has this problem? Also, and I think I all ready bother enough people with this problem of mine, but my rank stuck at Sgt.Maj of Corps and it doesn't progress further, even thou I for fill the necessary requirements. To be honest, I really DON'T mind about this 2nd issue, but is bothering only because I didn't find out logical explanation for this, and I tried everything, anyone suggest it to me. Right now I've edit windows host file with these to lines:
212.77.171.100 bf2web.gamespy.com
212.77.171.100 eapusher.dice.se
in order to have ABR stat load automatically, not to start game throw out ABR client, in both cases it's the same...

Any good soul out there to help me on this? Only explanation of problem will do enough for me, if not solution of problem! Thx in advance!!!
