Question? APC's turret field of view changed?

I've just noticed something different in the APCs, I think? I haven't played 0.5 for almost a month, so I'm not sure if this is was already in it, but anyway: were the APC's turret field of view or angle of view (whatever you want to call it) changed?

I've noticed that when I point the gun down as far as I can the turret cannon misaligns with the hud crosshair. When I point it up as far as I can it aligns again. It feels a bit weird, was it supposed to be like this?

Probably a bug. Ive heard, that the BTRs turret can be pointed straight up..or Tunguska's turret
