Vehicle Mobility/Terrain Negotiation
I searched the sticky with the previous suggestions and I didnt see this mentioned.
Ive noticed one think with BF2 in general, and thats the mobility of certain vehicles.
One example is the Humvee. This vehicle IRL is one hell of an off road machine. In BF2 and PR, its a piece of junk in terms of terrain negotiation. Tanks suffer this same problem. Theres been many times where theres a slight hill that neither of these vehicles can get up. Its a PITA to have to find another way around a really simple bump in the terrain.
I noticed that the Blackhawk in PR moves so much faster than it does in normal BF2, so I think there might be a way to change the code on vehicles to allow them to negotiate terrain better.

You know that you can press shift in PR to get some extra speed?calsonic wrote:I searched the sticky with the previous suggestions and I didnt see this mentioned.

Well, it doesn't work -- back of it is a tad too low
I was hoping I could hijack it, NOT have the merlin susplode everywhere, and use it for cache hunting

Damn too bad, i had a perfect image of a bike armed with c4 going off a jump into the back of a merlin hovering 10 feet off the ground, only to explode once inside killing all the passengers. Its probably the most realistic scenario possible in PR.
