This is a rather pointless idea, but since the site it getting a redo/change etc.
How about adding a shout box?
Like in the PR tournament site.
It's just a little thing that I like...

We had one a year ago but it was taken out for the public because it lags the site and gets filled with ****.

Yeah, it was like a real-time chatroom but it had to refresh the page with each message posted, so it would cause forums to go down A LOT.

Shout Box will NOT be coming back.

Sorry, to many problems with abuse from members. Server strain is not an issue anymore, but it's too much of a hassle to moderate.
