Can i get green light for making an new Faction for PR.. korps mariniers (dutch marine corp..1 of the 3 command0's in urugzan [aghanistan])
and if i get green light i could use help coz im not experienced with all the things like coding en modelling.. and stuff,, i think it would be cool.. to have duth marine in maps like afghanistan.. becouse we are in cooperation with germany and UK.. in there..

You can work on whatever you'd like. 
However, to get Dev help you'd have to present us with an organized community modding project, like the Polish, Russian, and Canadian projects have managed to do. If you can organize it we will review it and decide whether it deserves a community modding project approval.
