Remove SF kit in patch?

Post by Outlawz7 »

So I have a suggestion: remove the SF kit out of the default kits in the 0.6 patch

So here's the options:
1. Remove it entirely for the whole 0.6 build. Its just a kit with a carbine and some firecrackers, called Slams.

2. Make it into a limited kit of 5 per team, 1 per squad.
Squad thing optional, just want to distribute them equaly. We can still have one squad requesting the entire SF loadout and go lone wolf on their own.
Not requestable from RPs, since it would simulate special forces being called in with reinforcements.

3. Don't remove it

Thoughts?

We already have grenadier , support and L-AT limited .
And what I see ? Every time I request any of those above I see that I got 1st of 5 or 2nd of 5 - they aren't used . The same will be with SF kit . I say no .

Limited kit, maybe swap it for grenadier - still don't see many of them around and all US/UK fireteams have at least one now don't they?

So? Even better, no more 1337 nubs running around with a red dot carbine, if they don't want to request it

Get rid of it except for MEC. MEC needs a lighter caliber weapon to clear rooms.

Engineer is a better kit but SF could get grappling hooks, I'd like to see something added anyhow
