So heres an idea, how to make USMC SF kit look stupid...err, realistic ;)
- replace the cap with the engineer's boonie hat and give the cap to the engineer.

Somehow it would look better and would make more sense.
Also, the PLA engineer already has a cap, too

Just a thought

No, it shouldn't, it should look like this:

(but in desert MARPAT for the desert levels, obviously.)
The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.

In any combat zone all frontline troops besides special forces would be wearing a helmet....

Naw, the Special Forces have a 1337 Shield that shoots out of their caps when bullets are coming towards them, and when no one is looking of course.

They are playing dead, when a bullet hits them they just fall over becuase they feel like it... Duh.

Well, if you pick up a SF kit, you instantly throw your helmet away and swap it with the cap...so somehow change this, so you get a boonie instead of the cap?
