No PR Shortcut on Desktop

I just go a new comp Yesterday, on my old comp I already had PR installed, but I coulnd't find the .exe file.
So what I did was just copying the mods folder containing PR to a USB pen and put it in the correct folder on this comp.

PR is working fine, one thing that buggers me though is that I don't have a shortcut on the desktop, so I'll have to first launch vBF2 then play PR from there.
Also I can't use my native resolution (1680x1050) in PR without a shortcut. Unless there is another way to add the line of code?

So, my question is: Can I make a shortcut that will launch PR?
