Nah, the Amerikans just nuked someone over that way and it's the fallout. That's what kills ya if you go OOB...

map was never made for players to go out that far to the edge... really need to bring the combat zone of the map in again alot more to what it was in .5, maybe slightly bigger.

I still do think, that the map needs some expansion with statics, maybe a new part of the city or a street, houses etc.

It takes a fair bit of work to map outside of the area, especially if you don't plan on letting anyone see it. It's nice to do and finishes off a map nicely, but it's work that will never really be appreciated.

The nice thing with sea/island maps; seeing nothing but water in every direction is realistic :D

The map lost its fun after people discoverd that tanks could climb the western hill. Make the hill out of bounds and provide some more cover on the lead up from gas and you got your great map back again.
