Some True Thoughts from a soldier

allright, i have many suggestions, hoping that they are heard.
240b, need i say more
dedicated AG with only an m4 and ammo pouch
Blackhawks with optional fuel tanks
I love the kiwoas
and the little birds
APACHE
most importantly the JAVILIN take notes from joints opps , they did their homework very realistic
ability to move within the aircraft
C130 to paratroop
Armored HMVV
mk 19 joint ops sucked on this one
AT4
ammo doenst auto load in magazines, if you shoot 15 rounds out of the mag it should still have only 15 rounds
Mount points on windows, trucks and choppers, not every weapon is supplied you have to bring it
ejection from aircraft
SMAW-D can penetrate 18 in of steel, carried by infantry
carry fallen buddies to cover for medical treatment
limping when shot
a grenade will stun you if it doesnt kill you

The other ideas sound nice, but I dont quite get this one:

ammo doenst auto load in magazines, if you shoot 15 rounds out of the mag it should still have only 15 rounds

That's how it works now? Unless you are refering to auto reload, which is a user setting.

ye fule for both choppers and planes would be good, aint sure how you could do it thou and if it would really be nessary.

also the auto reload mag thing, that is quite unrelistic as you dont auto reload in real life. If you can take that bit off so you have to push R to reload then that would be much better :D

Edit: also yes include the Javelin!

i think he meant he wanted black hawks with drop tanks on stub wings 2.75 rockets would be a nice adition as well.

The MK-19 in Joint Operations was the eqvivalent of a commander artillery barrage being fired throughout the entire round :p

Yeah, well I meant in terms of annoyance ;)

In JO it had fired at about 60 rpm, infinite ammo, infinite firing, near point accuracy (people could accurately bombard bases a kilometer away!).

The mags do completely discard in the game now, you take 10 shots and reload then the remaining rounds go with it.

i really like your idea of being able to mount mgs on vehicles. can it be implemented?

the mags would keep the same amount of rounds in them you shot
you would allways keep 7 mags. if you reload in the middle of a mag , that mag keep the same amount of rounds it had before you reloaded. so rounds dont automatically bumb.

I think in BF2 reloading is simulating your character chucking the mag that was in the gun (a very expensive action) then loading a fresh mag in.

Thus why every new mag has 30 rounds no matter what.

Holding onto the mags would be a neat feature but I would wait to see if a coder responds to this as being possible.
