People, guessing leads to nothing. There are enough threads about 0.7 already.
Just wait, i'm sure it wont take long anymore.

I'm betting within 7 days. At this point either the DEVs are screwing with us or they're ready to release, just waiting for the right moment. I'll vote for option 2.

i bet 50 simoleans that it comes out tomorrow...

If its done I'm hoping they get it out for everyone to play new years day when everyone is just hanging out, which would mean a release on the 31?
