Kyongan'Ni Beta 0.1 Download
Fixed several in-game issues and a packaging error.

Delete your old Road_to_Kyongan_Ni folder and then unpack the contents into the /prmm_02/levels/ folder. You'll wind up with an ugly folder because of Savefile.com. Here's how to settle that.
Create the folder .../levels/Road_To_Kyongan_Ni (EXACTLY).
Take the Client.zip, Server.zip and the Info folder and place them inside the /Road_to_Kyongan_Ni folder you just made.
Stand up, hop on one foot and turn around.
Enjoy.

I tried hopping on one foot, tripped and stepped on my cat's tail - who then ran off behind my computer. Her tail got sucked into my PSU's fan, which shorted out and killed the cat - then burst into flames and caught my desk on fire - which caught my house on fire. The Fire Dept. should be here shortly.
Now my cat is dead, my girlfriend is in tears and my house is burning down. On the bright side - looks like a nice map!

knowing people... i dont doubt that. my prayers go out to your cat.
anyways, nikov, i just pasted the new files into the old folder, as simply the new files leaves the map barren of undergrowth.
it did fix the wierd puddle mirror thing though.
still need to fix various terrain glitches near city.
if possible, make the grass about twice or 3 times as dense. it looks like the earth is balding with this grass.
the grass doesn't quite match the borders of the road (the road will end, green ground... 7 feet.... then grass.
I also propose making kyongan ni into 3 flags, 1 that encompasses the us side, one that encompasses the chinese side (as in, the cap raidus is the entire side of the village) and one flag covering the bridge.
also, why not throw an rib or two in on each side? dunno how it would work with balance, but it might work.
throw out the black hawk and put in 2 little birds, and get rid of the us LAV. change up the balance, it shouln't be china = marines in capability.
make the spawns in for the airdrop have the marines spawn in mid air. and reearange the dropzone so the jeeps and fav can just drive out easily, without dodgin boxes.
if possible, do what ea did in karkand, and have a spawn linked to the us main that allows you to pick to spawn either near the convoy, or up in the hill/base
the shadow direction and sun don't match.
kyongan ni needs more props that fit
the sandbags are still wierd but i doubt you can fix that. probaply my drivers being retarded
and i think the lightmaps need to be done/redone
sorry about so much stuff, but im a beta tester, this is what i do.
i think that ninety percent of the map is done though, really, the concept and basics that take the most thought and time are great. just needs tweaking.
also, nivok, you know the new 1.1 editor is out, right?
