Weird Vehicle Bug

This might have been discussed before, but sometimes when you try to leave a vehicle, you get a defibrillator sound effect and you stay in the vehicle. I moved to a different seat in the LR and when I left the seat there, I left with my body half underground. If I proned, I think I would have been invisible to everybody, like in the picture.

The difibrualtor sound is when the exit point is blocked. Say you are in an APC and there is aa jeep directly behind it. Now since it only exit point, it will sound. Or once I was a tank inside a very low tunnel, it sounded because the exit point on the tank is the top. I cant explain the other issue though. If you cant exit, use another seat to exit, or move to a different location.
