Does operation phoenix come with .7?

i am looking at TG server which is now hosting Operation Phoenix , but its in red , do i need to reinstall my levels?

did you download the levels along with the core???
that could be your problem im not sure

Its not in 0.7 I think, it was a stock map? I dont think TG was switched over to 0.7 at the time you wrote the OP

Because the devs didn't want to include it. Most likely because they felt it was too small and didn't fit the new game dynamics, but you would have to ask them I guess.
