"You have changed teams. you will spawn in 120"

Has anybody else had a problem like this?
The countdown for the game to start on the server gets finished, youve picked your spawn point already but suddenly the game will say "You have changed teams. you will spawn in 120" and your still on the same team but cant spawn, and when you do switch teams like the game tells you you supposedly did you still cant spawn and get the same message.
Anyone else have this problem or is it just me?

Yeah all you do is click another kit then click back to the kit you want
