Fools Road: Fixed russian arty

This may not be a bug, but in the wiki under Vehicle must-knows it states, and I quote, "Vehicles are side-locked. You can't steal enemy IFVs, aircraft, boats or cars. Fixed weapons are still open to use by everyone."

While playing British, I was unable to man the cannons.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Russian artillery seems to be a fixed weapon to me, unless you plan on lugging that thing down the mountain. :)

Interesting one, and you're quite right. However, if the militia have deserted those positions we could assume they've rendered the arty inoperable first. Just a thought.

fixed AT and AA are always locked. the ZiS-3 AT Cannon (its not arty) is a fixed AT weapon so its locked. the wiki means Fixed MGs and stuff.
