Teamkiller Punish Window

When someone kills a teammate and that teammate punishes the team-killer, there should be a short (20-30 second) window in which that team-killer can be shot for no penalty. On some of the public games I've played, I've had noobs spend entire clips of rifle ammo on teammates, and one even placed C4 at my feet and held the remote out - I had no choice but to kill him because he would have destroyed our RP.

so solve tk by tk, i dont really like it, if you want to get rid of the player we should change how a kick vote works, make it so less people are needed to kick someone, not tk him.

Revenge TK'ing never works as a deterrent.
A modified kick vote would be lovely.
