pre-note: to wasteland: im trying all that i can to keep these to a minimum, but as i told you im OCD, and this will kill me if i dont ask it soon...... also, i dont ave anymore questions or suggestions so dont worry about more. I also searched the forums and found a unlocks suggestion, but mine is different, it pertains to only one kit, and there arent as many things to make, or you could just read my second paragraph(random order)

OK, i suggest that(for officers only) the unlocks system be re-instated....or atleast have a random weapons selection(like in FH)
What i mean:

certain armies be able ot get unlocks after a certain rank(such as Sargent or Lt.) and unlock weapons such as: AK-101,AK-47Us, MP5s, GP-25(then) GP-30, silencers, specialy designed AKs(painted war symbols, Insurgents, HAMAS), AKs with a front handle(instead of the grip)

like this AK or maybe......... or sidearms,if you make it far enough..... a gold plated gun(SVD or AK-47U)http://www.politicstv.com/blog/wp-conte ... 8/ak47.jpg
or just plain extra ammo for squad leaders

or like in forgotten hope(1942 FH) in the engineer kits in the final battles, the german kits(officer) get a random main weapon(like real german fficers, scrambling to get any weapon) they could get a P38 pistol, or an MP5, or a Luger... even on the Pacific theatre maps, the Japanese officers could get a random main weapon, and the US Marine engineers could get a M1 Carbine or a shotgun... by random choice(only on certain kits) they would ge a gun by random choice of the computer...

so unlocks: SLs who have advanced in grade and rank get to choose unlocked special features for guns like sidearms, silencers, GLs, extra ammo

or random pickings: the computer chooses by random order who gets what specialized features.

sorry, but i've had that in my mind since 0.5 and i finally have a pile of extra goodies. sorry Moderaters(wasteland) this is the last suggestion fr quite some time(I mean like 2 months minimum!)

not even the random computer choice(for HAMAS and Insurgent)????
I think that the Insurgent and HAMAS should have a selection between the AK-101 and the handled AK(like the february wall paper;Project Reality February Wallpaper, Battlefield 2142 Downloads, Battlefield 2142 Wallpapers) which would be more accurate(little more then the normal AK, as much as the US and UK rifles)

Chap, I'm a mental health nurse. If you've genuinely got OCD, then you know as well as I do that you need to address it rather than let it decide your actions. Especially when posting re-suggestions etc will get you warned and the like.

Anyways, using the unlock system - whatever the reason - has been suggested and it's been stated that it won't be happening.
