Teamkill Guy. Ban Request

i was flying in a apache with another guy and this guy shot us already before. and after that he shot me again in my apache. i made a screenshot of it. 1 is that we just got killed, and he says something like. hah now you need too wait another 20 minuts.. and the second he tked me again after i spawned.. i hope you guys can do something too ban him from every server. his name is: |PR|Drag0n
