Well, i havnt played in a while since im waiting for the "vanilla rush" to cool down.

I have seen jdams being dropped with little or no effect...

Ive seen tanks on the other side of a wall 2 meters from imapact being intact.

I where once next to a firebase, then a jdam dropped. there where no walls or anything like that, just pure ground and some cars, i wasnt hidden at all, but i didnt die, and i was 5 meters away from impactzone.

This is probably because the jdam is just one single bomb, We all know they the bf2 engine cant penetrate object, atleast not bombs...

So i thought why the jdam should be arain of bombs, Not literaly. Just codewize, the visual cloud should be there and you should only hear one bang, but codevize the optimal idea would be 1 bomb per meter in a 75 meter big circle blowing a 2 meter rectangle each, and should reack 20 meters up in the air,

This would look the same, but work more realisticly.

Ask if anythings unclear.

This sounds pretty good to me. I couldn't find this suggested already. Good idea.

Im sure there has been players whining about it. But has there really been a suggestion like this.

If the jdam was like this, the only place that you would have been safe is inside a bunker. to make a jdam go thgough stuff is hardcoded...

But lets say building sites, if the jdam is dropped at the roof noone dies, with my idea the other bombs would fall onto the ground and they would "Explode" upwards, resulting in complete death on al exposed threats...

Another idea id that there should be a second wave (0.001 seconsd after) to clear out wrecks and old firebases bunkers etc. jdam explodes once witch means stuff will just be wrecked...

I thought they were already working to improve wrecks/vehicle destruction. With any luck, this new JDAM would disable/destroy the tanks at most, not vaporize them.

sounds plausible what your saying - yet i wonder then why when on "Qwai River" (i think), at Mine (north of Pig Farm) - a whole enemy squad got killed inside the welded bunker - when we dropped a jdam on there (<ou know, the concrete building where you have to be inside to be in the flag radius)(afterwards door was breached :) )
