Crysis - Project Reality
Hey, i've seen someone talk about a Tunnel/Cave system for afghan rebels well if the PR team would start on a Project Reality Mod for Crysis they could use the Voxel Tool in there to create tunnels (that's what it's made for) so maybe it wouldn't be such a bad idea to just make one more Bf2 release and than start on Crysis because the CryEngine2 is way better and the SandBoxEditor2 is also pretty simple to use... But the graphics are probably the best thing about the CryEngine2.. its just amazing. The multiplayer seems pretty good too but it could be even better if the Project Reality Team would make a Project Reality mod for it... and it also has standard destructable enviorments like trees and buildings/objects... so that would work out well with your thoughts about destroying stuff in Project Reality...
And i also have a question for the normal fans and other people on the forums: Would you like to see''Project Reality'' for ''Crysis''

This has been asked about a thousand times already. The devs have stated there's not another engine out there that really support what they're striving for (64+ players, vehicle support, large maps etc.). Not to mention moving to a new engine (especially one such as Crysis) will simply alienate a good deal of an already pretty strong community (Including myself as I don't plan on spending the money to upgrade my system for Crysis specs anytime soon).

Well, that's what i mean... couldn't they remove the nano-crapsuit... and just make it a little more REAL...General Dragosh wrote:id rather not see PR on crysis, id rather see a normal mod for it like todays weapons, uniforms and stuff like that and not just tuned crysis stuff like the weird nanosuit...(its not enaugh protection for me in my opinion)

That's basically the reason we won't be moving to crysis.gazzthompson wrote:unless a engine has:
64 = or + players in one server
multi vehicle combat
squads
voip = or better than bf2
large maps
which sucks in a way as we slag the engine off but theirs nothing that can beat it

Crysis has the potential for realism, hopefully its ammo counter can be reworked, as it has a dry/wet reload system.
