AC-130 Spectre support?

i dont know if some1 had already posted this but what if u make a spectre gunship support option for the commander? so that it would shoot down on a area wit 40mm & 105 rounds instead of arty? could b usefull, but could also b unbalancing, just a thought...
also, what if u made a special plane for the commander that would fly in a circle round the battlefield and have advanced lenses so he could command from there?
