[Question] How do you edit the scopes for sniper rifles?

i looked around and found nothing for editing the scope for a sniper rifle. Mainly I want to just edit the cross hairs on different scopes to make them more realistic. I was hoping you could jsut break out paint and make some lines but im afraid its more difficult. some help would be much appreciated

Within PR? Isnt that cheating then? Its not only a "simple" reskin, it changes the accurazy of the (not working

) sniper rifles.

if its not for PR or not online, i said nothing.
