Truck Seating Arrangement

Post by DeltaFart »

THis is a thing for logical thinking
Instead of the it being seat 3 at the edge of the back of the truck, it should be 3,4 are behind the truck cab, 5,6 are next to them, and 7,8 are at the end of the bed. Makes a bit more sease cause the first guy on is told to go to the front of the truck. Correct? Idk Its late and my mind hasn't stopped workign

yah i agree. i always find myself moving as close to the "cab?" as possible cuz it feels safer there instead of dangling off the end of the back

It is safer... cause pubs are not shooting in front of moving truck but rather in a cabin... in other words, cabin and seats just behind it rarely got hit.

And I also find myself hitting all the F.. keys before Im seating happily behind the cabin :D

Yes and yes!

I fully endorse this idea.
I sometimes prefer to be at the back of the truck to see what the rest of the crew can't.
If I've had a beer or two before going onto the battlefield, having to press the key furthest to the right [F8] to sit at the rear of the vehicle would be more obvious to me incase I need to empty my guts out the back.

This probably isn't a majour issue but should be a thought for any tweaks at the final stages.

Yeah this isn't an important thing, just a minor detail that seems to make sense

Could be important, depends whether you getting shot at and if you have an angle of fire on the attacker or not

Maybe its deliberate to stop people exploiting netcode/hitboxes for overly easy drive bys. Same reason why the humvee have open windows and the vodniks have no back door, etc
