2 small bugs

I want to report 2 very small bugs. They don´t change much but I think you should know about them.

First: when you throw a smoke grenade it looks like you throw 2 right after each other.
The first one that you threw vanishes and the second one is the one that smokes eventually.

And here the second one. I don´t have any footage though.

When you use the left mouse button in a tank it makes the sound as if you switch from normal view to to the black and white one.
Well you cannot change the view with the left mouse button anymore (that was in 0.7). Now you have to use the right mouse button, but there is no sound to it.
