Insurgency traitor message for knifing spawns

There should be a "traitor" message (and maybe some punishment) if an insurgent destroy own spawnpoints.
I've seen a guy doing this by pure luck. This behavior shouldn't be kept secret.

There is no message for a traitor knifing rallys. Though there is a message for someone teamkilling a cashe.
